Our story
Professional Image Landscaping, Inc. began in 1995 when Kurt decided to start his own landscaping company. He had been working full time at a hotel in Sacramento as the Customer Service Manager and installing landscaping jobs after work. As the demand for his landscaping services increased, Kurt had a decision to make: either stay with the hotel or start his own company. Thus, Professional Image Landscaping, Inc. was born.
For over three decades, Kurt poured his heart into building this company — slowly, carefully, and with relentless attention to quality. His background in customer service shaped a culture of treating every client like a friend, and his eye for transforming a property defined the standards we still build to today.
Though Kurt has stepped back from day-to-day operations, his vision continues to guide everything we do. For design and project planning, we partner with Ron Roper of Luxury Outdoor Living — our trusted independent designer who brings each client's vision to life. Our own crews then handle every step of construction, from the first day of demolition to the final plant.
